At Wally Leather, we're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Each of our products is handmade from the highest-quality Tuscan leather and represents the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.
Return Conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Complete with all its parts, labels and original packaging
- Free from signs of wear, scratches or alterations
How to Make a Return
To start a return procedure:
- Please contact us by email at info@wally-leather.com within 14 days of receipt.
- Please indicate the order number and the reason for the return
- Wait for our confirmation with shipping instructions
- Send the product back to the address we will provide you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Reimbursement
Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Custom Products
Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
